At Towards A Better You, we believe in the principles of positive psychology, a relatively recent branch of psychology. It places a focus on a person's uplifting influences. Characteristics, upbeat feelings, and constructive institutions could be some of these. Several hypotheses state that emotional and mental aspects contribute to happiness. Our goal is to enable individuals to recognise moments of happiness. In simpler words, we need to savour the good times we experience.

Our pursuit at Towards A Better You is to assist individuals and the community in experiencing joy and well-being. We use and enhance their strengths/traits to live engaged and meaningful lives. With genuine passion, compassion, and care towards the significance of taking care of oneself, we undertake a holistic approach as we believe “the whole is greater than the sum of its parts”. We support the prosperity of individuals and communities by instilling a mindset based on their strengths through counselling, workshops & retreats.

It’s been a great journey with Ms Ketki. She has been a great listener and it was a great experience of letting me giving that chance to unleash my mental potential by approaching Ms Ketki through TABY.
